Recycling at 100% with Blend plants and Betonblock

Blend mobile mixing plants and Betonblock moulds are the perfect solution to produce multi-functional concrete blocks from recycled material from demolition waste

Blend machines are designed to produce different types of concrete, cold asphalt, cementitious mixtures and also to work with recycled material. The peculiarity of all Blend plants is that they are extremely mobile and compact, for easy transport and once it reaches the site, the machine is ready to produce.

The range of Blend plants offers solutions suitable for all needs; from small machines such as the E015 and E025 models that allow you to work on small sites, to larger, but still compact versions, such as E050 and E70, from the E-series, up to the A240 model for large productions.

All E-series models can be installed on trucks, rail wagon or fixed or hydraulic supports for greater autonomy and safety.

The combination of Blend plants with Betonblock moulds is a winning solution from a recycling perspective. Blend plants are the first choice for mixing 100% recycled material thanks to their strength and ease of cleaning and maintenance. The concrete obtained is suitable for manufacturing blocks with the Betonblock modular system, used, for building prefabricated elements, such as roads barriers, canals, coastal and port barriers.

The ease with which it is possible to make, move and join the blocks, available in different sizes and shapes, saves time and offers great economic advantages. The concrete produced by the Blend machine is mixed based on a specific recipe, and according to the exact desired quantity, reducing waste of material.

All Blend plants are equipped with a simple and intuitive control panel that allows constant monitoring of production, even remotely.

The materials, stored in separate compartments, are precisely weighed by load cells and dosed according to the recipe, transported separately to the mixer and continuously mixed. The finished product is then discharged by the conveyor belt, controlled by remote control.

Once ready, the concrete is poured into the Betonblock moulds and left to hardening for about a day. Once the moulds have been cleaned, they can then be reused the next day and the day after.
