TRANSITEX Africa has extended its reach into Zambia

In the year of 2022 TRANSITEX Africa has extended its reach into Lusaka, the capital city of Zambia, with a fundamental vision, mission and values for the implementation of successful business management to increase productivity and contribute on the socio-economic development.

Zambia is a landlocked country at the crossroads of Central, Southern and East Africa, although it is typically referred to as being in South-Central Africa, with a total area of 752.617 km², whose economy is partially dependent on trade, services, industry, agriculture, mining and copper processing.

There are several business opportunities to be explored in the field of logistics among Zambia and the corridors of Mozambique, also trough hinterland countries or via Angola, Tanzania, Namibia and South Africa.

In addition to copper, Zambia also has reserves of other types of ores, such as lead, cobalt and zinc. Agriculture is also a very important branch of the country, thus taking up just over seventy percent of the workforce, contributing highly to the country’s economy.

From a political point of view, Zambia is recognized for its mode of tolerance, peaceful and democratic, the economy is dependent and influenced by the ore that produces copper. It is part of one of the fastest growing regions in the world over the last few years.

Zambia is a member of SADC (Southern African Development Community) and COMESA (Common Market for Eastern and Southern Africa), it is considered one of the best investment destinations across the African continent.
